Valmont SM secures a billion order with Siemens Gamesa
Valmont SM secures a billion order with Siemens Gamesa for production of rotor houses for the European Offshore Wind Industry.
The parties have entered into a multi-year agreement of more than DKK 1.3 billion (USD $209.0). It’s the largest single order in the history of Valmont SM.
For over twenty years, Valmont SM has partnered with SGRE to support renewable energy projects.

The partnership will facilitate sustainable innovation and local European production. The number of sustainable initiatives that Valmont is driving to reduce CO2 has been a significant factor in the partnership becoming a reality.
